Antares REACH Grant Program & Boost Camp
Antares Capital (with Hello Alice and the Global Entrepreneurship Network)
Up to $20,000
Growth grant + accelerator
The Antares REACH Grant Program, run in partnership with Hello Alice and the Global Entrepreneurship Network (GEN), combines a 12-week small-business accelerator (REACH Boost Camp) with $20,000 growth grants. Each cycle, up to 150 small business owners are selected for the Boost Camp, and a subset of participants then receive grant funding — in 2025, 33 businesses received grants totaling $755,000. The program targets for-profit businesses with established product/market fit that are majority-owned by individuals from historically underrepresented groups (women, people of color, military-affiliated, persons with disabilities, or LGBTQ+) and that have generated over $50,000 in prior-year revenue. It is a recurring annual program (documented 2023 and 2025 cohorts) administered through the Hello Alice platform.

~0.5 hrs
-
3
Submit the Boost Camp application
Answer questions on your business, your product/market fit, your underrepresented-ownership status, prior-year revenue (must exceed $50,000), and your need for growth capital. Up to 150 applicants are selected for the Boost Camp.

4
Participate in the 12-week Boost Camp to be considered for a grant
If selected, complete the 12-week accelerator (expert-led sessions, mentorship, peer network). A subset of participants (33 in 2025) then receive up to $20,000 grants. Acceptance to Boost Camp does not guarantee funding.
~20 hrs
This is a two-stage program: first you compete for one of ~150 Boost Camp seats, then only Boost Camp participants are eligible for the ~33 grants. Treat the Boost Camp itself as the prize and the $20,000 as a bonus — and complete the required Business Health Score early, because skipping it disqualifies you regardless of how strong your business is. The $50,000 prior-year revenue floor means idea-stage businesses won't qualify; you need real traction.
Deadline & timing
Recurring annual program with multiple Boost Camp cohort deadlines per cycle. The 2025 program had several cohort closing dates (e.g., May 23, Jun 20, Jul 18, Sep 29, 2025 and Jan 5, 2026). Because deadlines rotate by cohort, no single fixed upcoming date is set; check Hello Alice for the open cohort.
