California Clean Fuel Reward
California Air Resources Board (CARB), funded through the Low Carbon Fuel Standard with participating California utilities
$7,500 to $120,000 off the truck
$15,000 to $120,000 off a new battery-electric Class 3 to 8 truck bought or leased from a participating dealer in California. Open now.
The California Clean Fuel Reward takes $7,500 to $120,000 off the price of a new battery-electric Class 2b to Class 8 commercial truck, depending on weight class. Businesses, nonprofits, schools, ports and government agencies can get it, and the Class 2b reward is limited to public fleets. The dealer applies the reward at the time of sale and claims it from the program, so buyers must use a Participating Retailer. The program launched in June 2026 with $250M for June to December 2026.
