InnovateNV Phase 0 Microgrants reimburse Nevada small businesses up to $5,000 for eligible costs of preparing a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) or Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) proposal. They are open to participants of the InnovateNV Proposal Accelerator and to other qualified applicants pursuing SBIR/STTR funding. You apply after you have submitted your SBIR/STTR proposal, then wait for approval of the reimbursement. The program is a partnership of UNLV's Office of Economic Development, StartUpNV and GOED; the page says the next accelerator cohort runs in Spring 2027.
