Portland vandalism repair grant
The Repair Grant (also branded Restore Grant) from Prosper Portland reimburses Portland small businesses for the cost of repairing exterior, ground-level storefront damage from break-ins and vandalism — broken windows and doors, graffiti, and damaged signs. The program reopened in July 2025 with $1 million in new City funding after distributing more than 1,100 grants totaling close to $4 million across four years. Grants provide up to $25,000 per business over the life of the program, on a reimbursement, first-come-first-served basis, and remain open until funds are exhausted. It is administered by Prosper Portland for the City of Portland.

~2 hrs
Apply quickly after damage — the program is first-come, first-served and closes when the $1 million runs out, and there's a six-month window from when the expense occurred. Keep the police/incident report and itemized repair receipts together; clean documentation is the difference between a fast reimbursement and a delay.
