The Business Management grant range is $100–$1,000 and runs twice each year; the Fall 2026 window is September 17–25, 2026. A separate Security Camera grant ($100–$4,000) window runs December 4–11, 2026.

  • Technology not for child care business management use
  • Security cameras that do not meet resolution/recording requirements
  • Expenses outside the approved grant use

    Use grant funds for eligible technology per program guidelines.

Insider tip

Priority is given to providers with no or limited technology resources, especially in Child Care Access Equity areas. Apply early in the window; funding is limited to approximately 200–250 grants per year.

Deadline & timing

Grant rounds are available twice each year. Business Management window is September 17–25, 2026. Security Camera window is December 4–11, 2026. Maximum one grant per license/site in a two-year period.
