What GrantCompass is
GrantCompass is an independent research tool that helps US businesses find funding programs — grants, loans and tax credits — and check whether they are likely to meet a program’s basic requirements. We are not a government agency, a funder or a lender, and we are not affiliated with any program we list. We do not decide who receives funding.
Information, not advice
Program details come from public sources and our own research, and they change. A “likely fit” is an estimate based on basic requirements only; it is never a guarantee of eligibility or of an award. Always confirm requirements, amounts and deadlines with the program before you apply. Nothing on the site or in the app is legal, tax or financial advice.
Using the site and the app
You may use GrantCompass for your own business or to help others find funding. Please don’t scrape or bulk-download the catalog, attempt to get around access controls, overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may limit or suspend access that does.
Paid products
Some features on grantcompass.co are paid. Prices, what is included and refund terms are shown before you pay, and payments are processed by Stripe. The ChatGPT and Claude app is free and sells nothing.
Our content
The GrantCompass catalog, research, writing and design belong to GrantCompass. You may quote or link to individual program pages with attribution.
Liability
GrantCompass is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made using it, for missed deadlines, for funding not received, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use GrantCompass after a change means you accept the new terms.
