Who qualifies
- Residents of the United States or Canada (excluding Quebec) age 18+ as of March 4, 2026
- Active member of the Home Service Community Forum in good standing at time of Phase One submission
- Operate a 'blue collar business' providing installation, repair, maintenance, or mobile services at residential or commercial properties
- Business must be duly organized, legally registered, and in good standing; not in active bankruptcy
- No purchase necessary

- Jobber employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives and their households
- Businesses not providing installation, repair, maintenance, or mobile services

Create an account and become an active member in good standing before the Phase One deadline.
