    LED conducts site visits and R&D consultations to understand your operational processes, job requirements, and workforce needs in detail.

    Attract phase — talent pipeline development

    LED builds a customized employer brand and recruitment strategy, identifies competencies and behaviors matching your company culture, and creates deep candidate pipelines.

    Evaluate phase — candidate assessment

    LED conducts behavioral interviews, simulations, and pre-employment assessments to identify best-fit candidates from the pipeline.

    Train phase — customized technical training delivery

    LED designs and delivers company-specific technical, team, and soft-skills training — often using custom-built simulations and multimedia content. Training is delivered before or during employee onboarding.
