The Restaurant Strong Fund is giving $5,000 grants to single-location restaurants that are open and operating in 12 listed US markets: New York, Chicagoland, New Jersey, the DMV (Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia), Massachusetts (Boston focus), Connecticut, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Philadelphia, four Texas metros, California and Atlanta. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis from October 26 to November 11, 2026, and winners are announced December 1, 2026. Applicants must explain their need, show evidence of financial or operational need, and set measurable growth goals for the money.
