2Gether-International Startup Accelerator for Founders with Disabilities
2Gether-International (2GI)
Up to $10,000 + accelerator
Accelerator for disabled founders
2Gether-International is the largest US nonprofit startup accelerator run by and for entrepreneurs with disabilities. Its cohort-based accelerators (including Tech, Health Innovation, and a JPMorganChase-backed 'Venture Labs' pre-accelerator for idea-stage founders) pair disabled founders with certified business coaches, mentorship, workshops, and investor connections. Recent cohorts have included direct seed capital — the 2025 Health Innovation Cohort selected 10 founders who each received $10,000 in seed funding on program completion. Since 2019, 2GI has supported 700+ startups that have collectively raised roughly $84 million. Programs run several times a year and are funded by corporate partners such as Comcast NBCUniversal, Google.org, and JPMorganChase.

How to apply
-
1
Identify the right open cohort
Review 2GI's current cohorts (Tech, Health Innovation, Venture Labs pre-accelerator) and confirm your stage and sector fit, plus that you are a founder with a disability.
~2 hrs
-
2
Prepare your pitch and application
Develop a clear pitch (and prototype/traction where required) describing your venture and how your lived experience informs it. Complete the cohort application on the 2GI site during the open window.
~8 hrs
-
3
Selection and accelerator participation
Selected founders join the cohort, are matched with a certified business coach, attend workshops/speaker series, and (in cash-bearing cohorts) receive seed funding such as $10,000 on completion.
~4 hrs
2GI runs several differently-funded cohorts a year — the Tech and Health Innovation cohorts carry cash (recently $10,000 seed), while 'Venture Labs' (JPMorganChase) is a pre-accelerator for idea-stage founders with no prototype yet. Match your stage to the right cohort rather than applying to whatever is open: idea-stage founders should target Venture Labs, while those with a prototype should aim for the cash-bearing accelerator cohorts.
Deadline & timing
2GI runs multiple cohorts annually (e.g., Tech Cohort, Health Innovation Cohort, JPMorganChase 'Venture Labs' pre-accelerator). Each opens its own application window tied to its sponsor. Apply via the 2GI website when a relevant cohort is open.
