gener8tor Investment Accelerator
gener8tor
$100,000 investment (for equity)
$100K in, equity out
gener8tor's flagship Investment Accelerators are 12-week, concierge, mentorship-driven programs that invest $100,000 in each participating startup in exchange for equity. Cohorts are intentionally small (five to six companies) and the program delivers curated introductions to mentors, technologists, corporate partners, angel investors, and venture capitalists, plus lifetime access to the gener8tor network. Unlike gener8tor's separate equity-free gBETA program, these investment accelerators are dilutive — secondary sources describe terms of roughly 7.5% equity via a post-money SAFE (or a convertible note when the company is not actively raising). gener8tor runs these accelerators across many US states (Wisconsin, Minnesota, Nevada, Oklahoma, North Dakota, Georgia, Alabama, California, Delaware) and across verticals including sustainability, healthcare, agriculture, and manufacturing.

This is the EQUITY-TAKING gener8tor track — distinct from gener8tor's free, no-equity gBETA program. If you want capital and are comfortable with dilution (~7.5% reported), apply here; if you want zero-equity coaching only, apply to gBETA instead. With only five to six seats per cohort and a Managing-Director-led selection, a warm intro to the local MD materially helps. Themed cohorts (sustainability, healthtech) often pair the $100K with corporate-partner pilots — target the vertical cohort that can become a customer.
Deadline & timing
gener8tor runs many investment-accelerator cohorts per year tied to specific cities/partners (e.g. spring and summer 2026 cohorts of the U.S. Venture Sustainability Accelerator and Prosper HealthTech Accelerator). Deadlines vary by location; the central apply page lists currently open programs.
