How to apply
-
1
Review SCE Express Solutions catalog or request custom assessment
For prescriptive rebates, check sce.com/rebates for eligible equipment and rebate amounts. For large projects or non-standard equipment, contact Willdan Energy Solutions at willdanefficiency.com/rebates for a custom project evaluation.
-
2
Install qualifying equipment
Purchase and install qualifying equipment. Retain all purchase invoices, installation records, and equipment specifications (model number, serial number, efficiency rating).
-
3
Submit application to Willdan
Submit the completed rebate application through Willdan Energy Solutions' portal at willdanefficiency.com/rebates. Attach invoices, equipment cut sheets, and SCE account information. Deadline: March 31, 2026 for the current cycle.

Inspection and payment
Willdan may conduct a site inspection for larger projects. After approval, SCE issues a rebate check within 6-8 weeks.
Contact Willdan early for large HVAC or custom industrial projects — pre-approval before installation is recommended to confirm eligibility and lock in rebate amounts before funding runs out.
Deadline & timing
All required post-installation documentation for the current program cycle must be submitted to Willdan by March 31, 2026. A new program cycle typically begins April 1. Post-installation submission required; pre-installation notification recommended for large custom projects.
