Verizon partners with LISC to award $10,000 grants to U.S. for-profit small businesses that complete the free Verizon Small Business Digital Ready training. Create a free Verizon Small Business Digital Ready account
Register at the Verizon Digital Ready portal at no cost. This account is required to access courses and the grant application.

Complete two free courses or events
Finish any combination of two eligible courses, virtual events, or in-person events on the platform. Topics include marketing, finance, operations, and AI.

Complete the online application describing your business, how you will use the $10,000, and the impact the grant will have.

Remain eligible for monthly selections
Once submitted, the application stays active for monthly selections June–December 2026. Final decisions are sent by January 12, 2027.
Complete the two free courses early in the month so your application is in the pool before the next monthly selection; the training itself is useful and free, so the main investment is your time.

Applications are reviewed monthly from June through December 2026; 10 small businesses are selected each month. If not selected in a given month, the application remains under consideration for the remainder of 2026.
