Assemble project team
Confirm owner/developer, architect, and general contractor commitment (general contractor may be named later with a signed statement).

Complete the MASS Timber Assembly Application Form by August 28, 2026.

Participate in cohort
Selected teams attend kickoff, technical training, roundtables, and final showcase over 12 months.
Housing is a priority, especially projects with six or more units. Teams without a general contractor under contract can still apply using a signed owner commitment letter.

Release of RFP July 1, 2026. Questions due July 21, 2026. Proposals due August 28, 2026.
