4
Submit reimbursement claim
After training completion, submit invoices, attendance records, and wage documentation to ACA. Reimbursement of up to 75% of approved eligible training costs is processed after verification.
~3 hrs
The 75% reimbursement rate is among the highest in the US for a state training grant. ACA prioritizes manufacturing and tech — if you're in those sectors, approval is typically fast. Apply early in the state fiscal year (July) to avoid budget exhaustion.
Deadline & timing
AJTP applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Funding is appropriated annually; apply early in the state fiscal year (July 1) for highest likelihood of approval. Large projects (>$100K requests) may require additional ACA board review.
