PepsiCo Greenhouse Accelerator — Juntos Crecemos Edition
PepsiCo
$20,000 + up to $100,000 grand prize
$20K + $100K grand prize for Hispanic CPG founders
PepsiCo's Greenhouse Accelerator Juntos Crecemos Edition selects 8–10 Hispanic-owned US food and beverage CPG startups annually for $20,000 grants each plus a 5-month mentorship program covering brand development, scaling, product optimization, and go-to-market strategy. At the program's close, one company is awarded a $100,000 grand prize. Eligible businesses must have $100,000–$2,000,000 in annual sales and must not compete with PepsiCo products. This is distinct from the Juntos Crecemos Jefa-Owned grant (which targets small restaurants/bodegas); this program targets scalable CPG brands.

Grand prize competition at program close
At the conclusion of the 5-month program, finalists present their progress and plans. One company is selected to receive the $100,000 grand prize, along with the possibility of continued collaboration with PepsiCo and Juntos Crecemos.
The PepsiCo non-compete restriction is real — if your product overlaps with any PepsiCo brand (Gatorade, Tropicana, Lay's, Quaker, Pepsi, etc.) you are ineligible. The $100K grand prize is very achievable for brands that demonstrate meaningful growth potential during the 5-month program.
Deadline & timing
The program has run annually since 2023. The 2024 cycle opened in March 2024, finalists selected in July/August 2024, and the $100K grand prize was awarded to ¡Ya Oaxaca! in November 2024. The 2025 cycle had not been announced as of late May 2026. Monitor greenhouseaccelerator.com and PepsiCo newsroom for announcements.
